For some reason I'm not able to open any of your links to service manuals. I get a page that says I'm not authorized to view the page. Any ideas? Obviously others are having success, I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I'm interested in the F2 and F3 links.

I had to replace the cams in my 93 ex250 ninja. Dose anyone have a manual for this bike?

Truff, I just did this earlier this year. They are a pain in the ass for lining up. I'll find the ninja250.org page that helped me. Give me a sec.

#1 should be the left cylinder.

Here, Truff. The only thing that I didn't do was turn 90 degrees after lining up the 2T mark. I think the guy is messed up about that. IIRC, I lined up the 2T and set the cams right then and there.

Someone had a nice picture that made more sense. I'll work on that a sec.
Maybe the lobes pic helped me, but I remember someone made some daawing in MS Paint that did the trick for me.

Oh yeah, I just remembered what was so confusing. . . the cam gear timing marks that you line up with the head are on the side that face the LEFT side of the motorcycle, not the more apparentcasting marks that face the right side of the bike.
